Keep Going!

I know that dieting and exercise are hard but KEEP GOING!! I'm not sure what all of your weight loss goals are but dramatic health improvements can be achieved by only losing 10% of your weight. Start out losing only 5% and then maintain and then do another 5% and maintain, etc. Slow and steady wins the race and unfortunately women have a harder time losing weight than men. It's a physiological fact. Get yourselves motivated again and start small-little steps.
