I'm Not a Loser!

I am so mad! I gained one pound! I feel awful.


I'm getting down to business.


But, I'm too tired to exercise. I really am exhausted! I know that exercising will give me more energy but how do I exericse if I have no energy? IDEAS?

    Rely on your willpower at first to get started exercising. A year or so ago, I was really good at getting in my hour on the treadmill every night. I would come home from work exhausted, but found myself actually looking forward to exercising because it made me feel better when I did it.
